new job career: FARMER

Agriculture is the ‘new sexy’ as I had been and still in love to earth and wanted to be a full time farmer…so to speak. I always dream of the soil, nurturing and sowing with excitement little seeds that feeds humanity and the food chain. My pragmatic and holistic approach is put into test on my agricultural skills and best environmental practices.

 Collaborating on aesthetic living, my main focus is to farm sustainability with a trendy platform: let’s save the earth sense. How could I survive in the mountains with chirping birds as my orchestra?......
Reality bites, like I must be an organic farmer(argh!) like planting tomatoes, okra, slime alugbate and camote…aside from raising chickens too. Long term livelihood projects already almost complete: a mineral water refilling station for me and the neighborhood’s supply. Then to have a swimming pool to attract holiday/weekenders to splash in my proposed infiniti pool.

 And of course the mango plantation and its produce. I am on planning stage of processing foods like local tocino/tinapa and smoke fish…if I can tolerate the smell.
And to cap it all how about a Thai/Vietnamese Gourmet Restaurant establish at the city????.....not far behind thoughts too. Some additional country living doing social transformation to fit in , inside the box.
The village idiot doing some changes to be a designer slash farmer slash entrepreneur slash the spiderman…..! doing all the waving into one fantastic provincial scenario.
Bottomline?....I am ready? NO, Am I prepared to be one? NO…….

But surely, I will will live in style…Hermes scarves, Hermes bag, LVbags, Armani boots and the rest of emotional blankets to cover up my fears in facing the not- so- appeasable- reality.

Ecology, biodervesity and environmental friendly nuances are just in the books…it is a big challenge, baby.
Dignity, yes dignity….there is such thing when you love truly on what are you pursuing and loving it.I hope all of us will live life meaningfully, then I defined myself with my head high.

Then there’s  Fashion Green- my plan to create a group of people who have the same passion….organic fashion, visual instillations and Green Performing Arts. Ah…..lots to talk eh?Well, sooner and later, I will do the best practices of my new job career: FARMER.
The field of dream is waiting for me.
